Automation

Everything depends on someone doing it by hand.

Lead routing, list hygiene, reporting, follow-ups. The process works only because a person chases it. When they go on leave, the system stops. The fix is to map how the work actually runs, then rebuild it so it runs itself, with your team still able to see and steer it.

The symptoms

You probably recognise a few of these.

  • A key process only works because one person remembers to do it.
  • Reporting eats a morning every week that no one has spare.
  • Leads sit unrouted or unenriched until someone gets to them.
  • The same copy-paste job happens across two or three tools, by hand, every time.
  • When someone is on leave, part of the business quietly stalls.

What I build
  • Manual, repeatable processes mapped as they actually run. Not how the org chart says they run.
  • Automations and agent systems with shared context, not isolated chatbots. The parts know about each other.
  • Routing, enrichment, and alerts that run without babysitting. Silent breakages get loud.
  • Handover your team can operate without me in the loop. You own it, not me.

Process mapping and workflow automation

The manual path mapped as it really runs, not how the org chart says it runs, then rebuilt so it runs itself. I start by watching the actual steps, handoffs, and exceptions before automating anything. What you get back is a process that no longer depends on one person remembering to chase it.

Lead routing and enrichment

Leads scored, enriched, and routed the moment they arrive, instead of sitting in a queue until someone gets to them. Missing firmographic or behavioural data is filled in automatically so the right owner picks up a complete record. Speed to lead goes up without adding headcount.

AI agent systems with shared context

Agent systems that share context and take real actions, not isolated chatbots answering one prompt at a time. Built in Cursor and wired into the tools the work lives in, with persistent memory so each run builds on the last. They operate on a schedule and hand off to a person when judgment is needed, rather than waiting to be asked.

Reporting automation

The weekly report that writes and sends itself, pulled straight from the clean data rather than a manual copy-paste. I build it on Node.js and GCP so it runs on a schedule and lands in the channel your team already reads. The morning that used to disappear into reporting comes back.

Alerting and monitoring

Monitoring that makes silent breakages loud before they cost you, rather than after a customer notices. Syncs, pipelines, and key metrics are watched, with alerts routed to the people who can actually fix them. Small failures get caught while they are still small.

Handover your team can operate

A documented system your team can run and extend without me in the loop, because lock-in is not the goal. I write down how it works, why it is built that way, and what to do when something changes. You own the automation outright when the engagement ends.

How this kind of engagement runs

Map the process as it really runs, design the automation around it, build it with monitoring, then hand it over. Project or retainer. You work directly with me.

The problem

Marketing execution, from content to site updates to outreach follow-up, kept stalling because it all depended on someone finding the time to do it by hand.

What I built

I built an autonomous marketing operator in Cursor, wired into Notion, Slack, Vercel, and GitHub, with persistent memory across runs. It drafts and ships work, collaborates in Notion, responds in Slack when called, and runs on a schedule otherwise.

The result

A role that runs itself day to day and improves over time, not a chatbot waiting to be prompted.
