Integration

Our tools don't talk to each other.

Every platform is fine on its own. The gaps between them are where data dies and manual work breeds. Leads fall through, lists go stale, and someone re-keys the same record into two systems. The fix is a set of connections you can trust, with monitoring so a broken sync gets loud instead of silent.

The symptoms

You probably recognise a few of these.

  • A lead fills in a form and nothing downstream knows about it for a day, or ever.
  • The same customer exists three times, spelled three ways, across your tools.
  • Someone exports a CSV from one system every week to paste into another.
  • Email and ads run off a contact list that is weeks out of date.
  • A sync breaks quietly and you only notice when a campaign reaches the wrong people.

What I build
  • CRM, lifecycle, and ad platforms connected to one source of truth. One record, not one per tool.
  • Webhooks and syncs wired into existing workflows. The connection lives where the work already happens.
  • Audience and contact data moving cleanly, with monitoring. You see a break before your customers do.
  • Closed-loop reporting back to the channels that spent the money. Ad platforms learn from what actually converted.
Capabilities

The specific, findable things I do inside this. Open one for detail.

CRM integration

HubSpot and Salesforce wired into one clean record instead of the same contact spelled three ways across your tools. I map how records actually flow between systems, then connect them so an update in one place is reflected everywhere it matters. Sales and marketing stop arguing over which system is right.

CDP setup and management

Segment set up as the hub that standardises identity and routes events everywhere they need to go. Instead of instrumenting every destination separately, you collect once and fan out cleanly to analytics, ads, and lifecycle. That keeps new tools cheap to add and your data consistent across all of them.

Reverse ETL and data activation

Warehouse data pushed back into the tools your team actually works in every day, using Census or Hightouch. The models you trust in BigQuery or Snowflake become live audiences and fields inside HubSpot, Klaviyo, and the ad platforms. Your source of truth stops being a report nobody acts on and starts driving the tools.

Lifecycle and email platform integration

Klaviyo, Customer.io, Iterable, and Braze fed from a live source of truth, not a CSV someone exports every week. Segments and traits stay current, so a lapsed or high-value flag reaches your email tool the moment it changes. Campaigns run on who a customer is today, not who they were a month ago.

Custom API and webhook integrations

Connections wired into the workflows your team already uses, not bolted on alongside them, with Zapier, Make, or custom Node.js where it earns it. Where an off-the-shelf connector does the job I use it; where it does not, I build the webhook or service that does. The integration lives where the work happens instead of becoming another thing to check.

Deliverability and list-hygiene fixes

Validation built into the flow, for example ZeroBounce inside your existing HubSpot workflows, so bad addresses never reach a send. Bounces and spam traps get caught at capture time rather than after they have damaged your sender reputation. Your good email keeps landing because the bad addresses never went out.

  • HubSpot
Closed-loop reporting back to ad platforms

Conversions sent back to Meta and Google Ads so the platforms optimise on what actually drove revenue, not just what clicked. I feed real outcomes from the warehouse into the ad accounts, including offline and delayed conversions. The algorithms start spending your budget against customers instead of form-fills.

B2B SaaS

One source of truth across product and marketing

The problem

A SaaS team's product analytics, CRM, and ad platforms all told different stories, so marketing and product argued over whose numbers were right and leads slipped between the tools.

What I built

I rebuilt tracking on a clean schema, unified identity across the tools, and wired the connections into the workflows the team already used, with monitoring so a broken sync got loud instead of silent.

The result

Marketing and product worked from the same funnel for the first time, on data both sides trusted.
